PSA: Beware of Fraudulent Grinder Sales

We’ve recently identified fraudulent purchases of our grinders using stolen credit cards and fake identities (which is suspected to be part of an organized crime operation). These products may be resold second-hand or via non-authorized sales channels without valid warranties.

If you're purchasing a second-hand grinder, we strongly encourage you to contact us with the serial number and original order number/receipt to verify authenticity and transfer the warranty. Do not share your receipt or order details with others to prevent misuse.

Help us and protect yourself - buy only from our confirmed authorized distributors or verify second-hand purchases with us to ensure warranty coverage and and avoid counterfeit or unlawful products.
