LAGOM casa 1st November – what to expect
It’s official! We’re excited to announce that the LAGOM casa will be available to order with Mizen 65CL burrs starting November 1st, 2024, at 8pm AEDT. Here’s what you need to know:
Shipping timeline
Orders will have an estimated lead time of 4-6 weeks (ships starting in early December). A limited number of preassembled units will also be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
As the holiday season approaches, if you have any specific shipping requirements (such as travel periods when you won’t be home), please reach out to our team and let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Purchase of standalone Mizen 65CL Burrs (for existing Casa-48 owners)
On November 1st, the Mizen 65CL Casa burrs will be available for purchase by existing Casa-48 owners. To order the burrs as a standalone item, you can find them as standalone item on our main Shop page - Mizen 65CL Conical Burrs.
As part of our earlier promotion, customers who purchased their LAGOM Casa on or before July 31, 2024, are eligible for a discount on the burr purchase. Please find the instruction on how to claim your discount at the bottom of the purchase page.
Installation process
The process for replacing and recalibrating the burrs are simple - it's a direct drop-in, requiring minimal tools (an adjustable wrench and a 2.0mm hex wrench). A comprehensive step-by-step video is also available in our User Guide section:
https://www.option-o.com/guide-lagom-casa
What’s the difference between Mizen 48 and 65?
The Mizen 65CL is the latest addition to our Mizen conical burr series. Our goal was to create burrs that offer faster grinding while improving the cup profile (taking advantage of the low RPM on the Casa). On average, compared to the Mizen 48, the 65CL burrs provides up to 20% increase in grind speed (translating to 5-10 seconds faster grinding, depending on beans and grind size). More importantly, we selected these burrs design based on the flavor profile/performance, as opposed to focusing solely on increasing speed at the expense of flavor quality.
Based on our testing, flavor-wise, the Casa 65 burrs buils on the profile of the Mizen 48 (i.e. balanced, sweet and approachable), but with noticeable improvements in complexity and clarity. In the cup, you may find yourself being able to detect more layers of flavours/complexity (e.g. flavor separation), along with a more elegant presentation of acidity and moderate level of bodies/texture. In our experience, this general taste characteristic translates to both espresso and pour-over brewing, and the 65CL works with a range of roast levels, making it an excellent multipurpose burr.
LAGOM Casa Production Update
Hi all,
We are aware that many of you are eagerly awaiting our Casa update, and we are excited to share that we are almost there… Unfortunately, we did identify a few final adjustments needed with the production parts for the first batch to ensure everything is perfect and as expected.
When will be it up for sales?
As stated during the Casa announcement earlier, we will not be doing pre-orders this round until we are certain we can ship. With the updates provided above, we expect it will still be approximately 4-6 weeks before the sales go live. If you’re already on our waitlist, rest assured, you will be the first to know when it’s available—please keep us whitelisted! :D
Price Update
Since the initial Casa announcement, we have firmed up the price, which we had also playfully teased on April 1st —to come full circle from when the LAGOM Casa was announced two years ago in an April Fool's post. We hope that was a fun interaction/journey for those of you who have followed us long enough—if not, it might be a fun read with the benefit of hindsight.

The prices for the LAGOM Casa are as follows (which is now live on our website):
LAGOM Casa (48 burrs): $389 + Shipping
LAGOM Casa (65 burrs): $486 + Shipping

If you've been following the social media, you might already know that we've sent out a few pre-production units to gather early feedback and validation. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we've received some invaluable insights (thanks to everyone involved), which makes us even more excited to get the Casa into the hands of more users. We believe it will be worth the wait!
In the meantime, you may find some discussions and information about the LAGOM Casa on the following links (by no mean an exhaustive list):

Disclaimer: We have sent loan units to some reviewers who are generous enough to put in their time to testing the grinders and providing feedback. We explicitly gave them the freedom to post their honest thoughts (be it positive or negative), and we had no influence over what they share - which we hope can offer you genuine representation of what you can expect from the Casa. :)
Till the next update!
Welcome the Newest Family Member to the LAGOM Lineup: The LAGOM Casa!
It’s official now! Kudos to those of you who managed to sneak a peek at the backend of our website that were still drafting (who would’ve thought, we didn’t even give any hints this round!).
This time, we are finally ready to to announce the newest family member in our LAGOM lineup: LAGOM casa!
Why Casa?
Casa" means 'home' in Italian, which we found fitting as that is precisely where we hope the Casa will make a difference – in the homes of our fellow coffee enthusiasts. The Casa is also a tribute to our early days as home baristas. Reflecting on our journey, we started OPTION-O because we couldn’t find a coffee grinder that met our needs. Fast forward a few years, we are now honored to have the privilege (and a bit of fun) of deciding what goes into our ‘ideal home grinder’, and we are humbled to present to you our creation. We’ve put together (if we may say so ourselves) a thoughtfully designed grinder that we believe should satisfy the need of most home users looking for a simple no-fuss grinder, as well as experienced users looking for a simple but high-performing grinder.
Quoting a famous saying, “Everything should be as simple as it can be, but not simpler.” This is the thought/vibe that went into the design of the Casa. Sometimes, we just want a simple tool that performs well, simple to use, but without going over the top (though, of course, there are times when we want to do exactly opposite that 😉). If that resonates with you, we hope the Casa checks all the right boxes for you too.
Shipping timeline & order
We anticipate to start shipping the LAGOM casa in late April 2024. However, we are not taking pre-orders at this moment until we are ready to ship and confident everything meets our standards.
At launch, LAGOM casa will only be available with the choice of 48 burrs – a multipurpose burr geometry adapted from our well-loved portable LAGOM mini, which means it can excel at both filter brewing and espresso. These burrs also happen to be the favorite filter burrs of a certain someone famous (if you follow the social media closely 😉). If you would like to be notified when the Casa is first available, we recommend signing up to our waitlist (on the order page linked below).
65 Conical Burrs
If you have seen the early leaks, you might have also read that LAGOM casa may be available with 65 burrs. And that is true! Unfortunately though, this is not available at launch as the burr development process took longer than we planned. Thus we’ve decided to release the Casa first and the burrs later. Existing owners of LAGOM casa can purchase the burrs later at a discounted rate (estimated end of Q2 to Q3).
We hope to share more about the 65 burrs in due time (it is expected to be more espresso-focused than filter), but we still have a bit of work to do before we can do that confidently.
Of course, you may choose to watch from the sidelines for now if you are particularly interested in the 65 burrs and prefer just one burr set. Once the 65 burrs are ready, the LAGOM casa will be offered with the option to choose between 48 burrs or 65 burrs. If you wish to be kept updated, you can also sign up on our waitlist on the product page (by selecting the 65 burrs and you will be prompted to enter your email address) .
And finally, please enjoy the pages below to view the completed version of the earlier ‘leaked’ pages :)
As always, we appreciate the incredible support from the community!
We hope you will enjoy this release!
New Mizen 64ES burrs - available now!
Hi all!
For all you espresso lovers, we have an exciting announcement! The goal of this Mizen project/release is relatively simple (yet not easy): to find the ideal espresso burrs that tickle our taste buds, and hopefully, yours too!
We acknowledge that there are no perfect burrs and preference can be subjective - but these characteristics are what we think as the ideal espresso: an enjoyable espresso should be balanced, with perceived sweetness resulting from an even extraction, a velvety mouthfeel, and, most importantly, a pleasant robust finish accompanied by a lingering aftertaste.
Following our 'standard' procedures, we conducted extensive in-house testing during our R&D phase before selecting the burrs that we found promising and worth introducing to the coffee world. Subsequently, the chosen burrs candidates were sent to a few lucky and selected experienced testers for evaluation on the LAGOM P64.
Below are just some notes from our testers for your reference - keep in mind taste experiences and preferences can be subjective.
Tasting Profile/Note of Mizen 64ES:
“a lot of complexity, increased balance that tips a bit more on the scale towards sweetness and also velvety texture“
“Extraction %’s were as expected and anticipated, taking into account the use of different coffees, temps, and shot styles they all landed well within the 18-20% range. In certain instances I was able to produce shots upwards of 22%.“
“I could tell the difference straight away, the espresso had less body but a slightly higher sweetness and absolutely no astringency or sourness. It was soft and pleasant. I didn't expect such a big difference because the geometry seems very, very similar.“
"They appear to be very forgiving when it comes to roasting defects or other issues, which also speaks to their user-friendliness."
“Where HUs provide a thick body and sweetness combined with just an acidic punch and sometimes a dry aftertaste, Mizens offer a better balance of sweetness and integrated acidity. It's almost like a 1:2.5+ shot from original Mizen 64OM packed in a tighter ratio, resulting in a thicker body, albeit trading off some clarity, of course.“
We would love for you to try the new Mizen 64ES, and we look forward to hearing what you think!
New Mizen 98mm (and 102mm) burrs announced!
Hi all!
If you haven’t seen the news already, we’re pleased to share that we are officially launching our new 98/102mm Mizen burrs! The 98mm Mizen (98OM) is an omni-purpose burrs adapted from 102mm burrs (our new high-performance XL blind burrs) that we developed for the upcoming LAGOM 01. Stay tuned for our LAGOM 01 announcement in the next few days!
Here we are sharing some more detailed but informal tasting notes from our testers.
Details:
Other than our extensive in-house testing, we also conducted a small closed-group beta test with LAGOM P100 users to validate our finding. This also helps calibrate our palate with other users across different demographics and a fun little exercise for us and our users!
During the feedback process, we made sure it is unprompted and unguided (at least initially) to avoid bias; testers went in completely blind (pun intended ;P) with no instructions/prompts provided regarding the Mizen burrs. After the initial phase, testers were asked to provide their impressions and evaluations of the burrs, comparing them based on their experience. Most testers have extensive experience with multiple burrs (of 98mm burrs) and multiple grinders, and the tests were all performed on LAGOM P100.
Mizen 98OM Testers’ Feedback (preliminary testing):
“The 98 Mizen is sweeter than any of my burrs here currently and the clarity is skyrocketed compared to 98aaa, it was closer to my 98BBB though. So to sum up, the Mizen is like a combination of 98aaa in clarity and 98bbb but sweeter. ….I'd be happy for both my espresso and filter coffee any day. ”
”Shocking result today. I blind tasted filter coffee the Mizens against xxx…I fully expected xxx to win by a mile. When I started tasting, there was instantly a clear winner in sweetness, florality, acidity, finish, etc. One was just clearly the superior cup, and I thought to myself “yep, that’s the xxx burrs” Nope, it was the Mizens.”
”Had a super fair blind comparison now with Wendelboe Karinga Kenya… The Mizen cup was very good! The sweetness comes through nicely with these, a little softer here too, xxxx had a little sharper (but nice) acidity, a little more clarity and a little slimmer mouthfeel, but was not clearly better, just different presentation.”
”New bean, good Mizen spro….Sweet and balanced, less intense than xxx but enough clarity (with paper filter at least) to get a good sense of what I’m drinking.”
“I also did a Kono side by side with a cheaper bean today, and the Mizen clearly told me they were old crop/faded and darker roast like 98xxx did, they have enough clarity to reveal things like that.“
“For pour over V60 using the 4:6 method i found the mizen burrs to produce a very clean cup with great clarity and good sweetness. I would normally use anything from a very light nordic roast to a light to medium roast, and the mizen burs did a great job with them all. Of the 3 burr sets i tested, the mizens were my favourite for pour over coffee“
“I’ve decided to forego seasoning for now and to just use them…Results are pretty clean cups, mild blend, good sweetness, good acid presentation. I like the Mizens more than my xxxx, by far..I haven’t had any astringent or undrinkable cups yet which is a surprise“
“I really think these are the best all-rounder 98mm burrs I’ve used. They just excel at pretty much everything I throw at them. Filter coffee has been fantastic at every roast level, and espresso pretty much the same thing. I’ve even gotten some better shots from the Mizen’s with darker roasted espresso than I have with the 80xxx. It’s not always been the case, but definitely with an few beans…..I just really can’t find any faults with these burrs, and I’m actively trying to!”
Note: Users and burr names (this is not meant to be an A versus B comparison) will be anonymized. A burr selection guide will be provided at the time of purchase. For more detailed discussion, please also look forward to our users discussion on various social/online platforms in due time.
Takeaway
Taste experiences and preferences can be subjective; however, we believe that the feedback from our testers unanimously aligns well with our own findings. The pronounced sweetness, refined acid presentation, cleanliness with good/high clarity, and all-around performance make these burrs stand out. We're very pleased with these burrs and believe they are currently among one of the best 98mm/102mm burrs available for all-purpose use and amazing burrs in their own right - whether in pour over or espresso. We’re super excited to share the 98OM (and the upcoming Mizen 102mm Blind Burrs) with you!
LAGOM P100 Neat Clicker - End of Beta-Test Survey Summary
Hello!
We’re pleased to announce that the NEAT Clicker beta test event is officially wrapping up! A huge shoutout to everyone who took part in the selection round and our awesome beta testers. We truly appreciate your time and involvement in making our NEAT Clicker beta test event a success!
As an event closure for the Beta Test, we have summarized the feedback from our Beta Testers and thought you might enjoy this if you’ve been following our journey! Enjoy!
Overview
The LAGOM P100 Neat Clicker underwent a open beta-test period from 15th March, 2023, to 5th June, 2023. The purpose of the beta-test was to gather our user feedback on the new product's functionality, ease of use, and overall performance. This feedback was extremely valuable to us (it was also equally fun for us to organize!) as it provided insights that allowed our development team to make improvements to the Neat Clicker; as well as to help us continuously improve and to deliver excellent products to our fellow coffee enthusiasts.
Approach
We had a total of approximate 100 participants from various backgrounds and levels of experience. The beta-test duration was 1-2 months, during which the participants were allowed to test the LAGOM P100 Neat Clicker in their daily use and provide feedback at the end of the test period.
At the end of the beta-test, we conducted a survey for all users of the LAGOM P100 Neat Clicker. The survey contained questions mainly focused about the following areas:
• Ease of use
• Functionality/Reliability
• Performance
• Suggestions/comments for improvement
The LAGOM P100 Neat Clicker received an overall positive feedback from the beta-testers. Here is the summary of the survey results (based on the responses received):
Results
Functionality: The NEAT Clicker worked well for a majority of users (95%), with a minority (23%) experiencing sticky button at some point (we’ve taken note!).
Ease of use: A majority (78%) found the NEAT clicker to be superior and easier to use.
Retention: Both works similarly, with the NEAT Clicker having a slight advantage - the NEAT Clicker is equal or better than the original Chute Knocker (96%).
Aesthetic: A proportion of testers (44%) prefers the aesthetic of the original clicker.
Most testers (75%) would choose NEAT clicker over the original chute, with only a small minority (9%) preferring the original chute given a choice.
Feedback & Comments from our Beta Testers
Here are a few snippets of the feedback and comments we received (and we take every piece of feedback seriously!):
Pros:
“I think it’s better and should come standard on future units. Didn’t have any issues with sticky buttons.”
“new feature make grinder better. please go on. “
“The NEAT clicker has great potential. Much easier on the fingers. “
“ I find the NEAT faaar superior in user experience and always use it these days.”
“My friends found the mechanics of the chute quite impressive! It definitely adds to the already strong impression of this grinder!”
Cons:
“Button is slightly off center, aesthetic issue”
“it makes the whole grinder move and I don't feel safe.”
“Bit tough to click, I am always about to move the grinder by the force required. The button is nice but vertical would be better than the horizontal button click. ”
The one thing me and the team noticed is the whole grinder sometimes can get pushed back when you are pressing the NEAT button.
What our beta testers think about the event itself:
“Everything was nice! It was fun to try a new product and getting to know about it and if it's an improvement vs the original.”
“More emails and more opportunities on joining the betas!”
“Enjoyable, the exchange I had with support were good. Felt like OO is genuinely receptive to feedback.”
“Yeah I really enjoyed it!”
“That was so much fun!”
“It was fun! Would love to participate in it again!”
Our concluding thoughts:
This event has been extremely fun, and our team had a blast organizing this beta test and reading through your feedback! Once again, we want to express our sincere appreciation to our amazing community for taking part and contributing to this Beta Test event. The response has been much better than we expected. We will continue to work and continuously improve our products. So, stay tuned for more fun events like this in the future! Thanks for being a part of this awesome experience!

Production Update for Lagom P64
Hi all,
We just realised and thought this update may also be of interest to those who are considering/waiting for the Lagom P64.
Below is the email that we shared with our pre-ordered customers (adapted for correct context) for full disclosure:
First, we would like to thank you for your trust and your support in what we do. At Option-O, we don’t take that trust lightly and we are always striving to deliver the best grinder we can build and don’t settle for less. In line with that goal, we have an update and an announcement - it wasn’t an easy decision to make.
Due to the recent Covid/lockdown events in China and the knock-on effect from that, we’ve been experiencing some unprecedented delays in our Lagom P64 production. We previously expected we could catch up with the backlog starting in May, but unfortunately that hasn’t turned out to be the case. To add salt to the wound, we had to make a difficult decision recently by rejecting the recent batch of anodized parts due to them not meeting our expectation (some with damage as well). This unfortunately set us back quite a bit, as it will involve re-making the parts. As it stood, we weren’t comfortable delivering any defective grinder made with parts that don’t meet our expectations.
Update/Plan
As a strategy going forward, we’ve decided to bring forward the next updated design of Lagom P64 – we have been testing it in the background and were initially expecting to announce it closer to the end of the year. One of the goals for the design update is to make it more manufacturing friendly – to allow easier anodization with less rejection (main thing holding up our production schedule), as well as to allow easier machining. This updated design will allow us to increase production throughput without compromising on the machining precision. The decision to implement the updated design ASAP was made as another rejection with the previous design is still a possibility – we certainly do not want any further delay.
In the updated design, there’ll be some changes introduced, but it will still retain almost all the original design elements of Lagom P64. There will be no change to the external/aesthetic, an aspect which many of our customers appreciate.
The update includes:
Safety lock for limiting adjustment range (optional/removable) to limit dial and reduce the chance of damaging the burrs/grinder by accident.
Change to the current toolless disassembly design – cleaning will still be a quick and easy process, but it will now require a standard Allen key instead. It will come with a magnetically attached shroud to cover any screw holes. Part of what we hoped to achieve with this is for the precision to be maintained more easily after removal/cleaning.
Another change is the introduction of a calibratable number dial (a new mechanism as distinct from our Lagom P100) to allow for the dial to be calibrated to your burrs' zero.
Despite the update, ultimately the Lagom P64 is still the same as before - delivering what we set out to deliver – low retention, easy to use, quiet, and high-precision.
Timeline
In terms of timeline, since this is a remake of a new batch, it will take about 4-8 weeks (from mid/late June). We’ve also engaged another major supplier we’ve worked with before to make an extra batch - as a back-up plan to further de-risk future delays. This means that while the new batch of P64 is being made, we unfortunately won’t be able to deliver any Lagom P64 in July and August (part of the units manufactured will be allocated for our pre-ordered customers backlog).
We're optimistic we will resume full production capacity starting September. Customers who already has a pre-order with dispatch date of September (and onwards) are unaffected by this delay.
Best regards
Sam

LAGOM mini Moonshine Burrs - Beta testers feedback and announcement!
Hello all!
Some of you have been asking about the outcome of the LAGOM Mini Moonshine burrs beta testing. So here is our update! We’re starting to receive feedback from our beta testers, and the feedback so far is looking very positive and encouraging!
Here’re some of the testimonials from our beta testers:
“…the aftertaste is very clean… it feels like the balance is better…” SYL
“…The coffee is delicious. Very familiar with an added layer of clarity.” KR
“…probably the clearest conical burr I have tasted which brings bright acidity and juicy quality in the cup. The taste itself is near to my (other grinder) but even more clear. And they are also eye pleasing.” AY
“…based on the visual appearance of the coffee bed, it looked to be a little less "muddy", less fines” FB
“"balance" is the key word for the Moonshines. They just taste good...” KS
“…my friends and I like the coffee taste from MoonShine burr in filter especially when used for cold drip coffee on ice. We compared with three other grinders, and we all preferred the MoonShine. This is because the way that the acidity was presented was very elegant...” PW
In general, we found that the experience and impression of our beta testers mirror our own assessment and preference very closely. For filter-brews, the Moonshine burrs were able to separate the flavours well with much greater details and definition. The acidity presented is generally very juicy with a good balance, so they tend to make really enjoyable cups. We are thankful to our beta testers too as this helped us to calibrate our taste preference to our users - and we’re glad to see that our preferences generally align!
We expect to commence a production run for the Moonshine burrs and these will soon be available as an official purchase option. If you’re looking to improve your experience for filter brewing, the Moonshine burrs may be an option worth considering!
Best regards,
Hayden

Production delay for March Batch (due to PCB shortage)
Hi all,
We have informed all our customers in the March batch via email but thought we should announce it here too for transparency sake. We have all machined parts in house and were ready to go. But unfortunately, we were given a last minute notice by our PCB supplier that they too have been affected with the recent wafer shortage and are unable to deliver the PCB that we ordered. We are working with the supplier to find a solution/alternative. At the moment, we are estimating there will be a 4-week delay to the March batch due to this reason. In going forward, we will work to ensure we have back up plans for this and wouldnt be caught by surprise.
We are really sorry for any inconvenience that the delay may have caused.
Best regards

Lagom P64 - Partnership with Prima Coffee (USA)
Hi all,
As some of you may have already heard, we were in the process of partnering with Prima Coffee (USA) for the upcoming pre-order. And that is made official now! Starting this pre-order, Prima Coffee will be our exclusive distributor for the USA market!
What this means to you (if you’re in the States): If you originally plan to pre-order a Lagom P64 on this 2nd August (AEST), instead of ordering from us, you will be able to place your pre-order directly through Prima Coffee. Due to the logistics and time zone difference, Prima Coffee’s plan is to launch the pre-order link on late Friday (31st July). We want to clarify though that this doesn’t impact the non-US pre-orders through our website.
The link (will go live when it is ready): Prima Coffee's Pre-order Link (Click here)
Down the road, this means local support will be made available and is now closer to you. This will ensure a quicker process turn around as we’re taking the international shipping transit time out of the equation.
We’re really excited for this partnership! We hope this will add to your experience as a Lagom user as you’ll be able to purchase from a local business and obtain local post-sales support as needed!
Regards

Announcement & clarification (For Lagom orders going to EU)
Hi all,
Just to get the word out there, we’re seeing a high volume of emails currently, in which a large part was attributed to the EU deliveries with duty prepaid services that did not go as well as we expected.
Our initial expectation was for the EU delivery to go straight to the door. However, many of the customers ended up being contacted by DHL who requested for documentation and duty payment. For those affected we are doing our best to provide the required document, and any fee will be reimbursed. If you have paid for the duty prepaid service, our promise is that you will not have to pay additional duties on top of your initial purchase price and you will get a Lagom as expected. :-).
So as a result of that, we’re having a backlog that impacted our ability to reply to all emails in a timely manner, as we’re attending to each of the cases individually. However, we are working our best to get on top of it, and will get back to everyone soon.
For other EU customers who are expecting a delivery soon, we are working closely with our logistics company to solve the issue.
However, if you get contacted by the courier, don’t be hesitate to reach out. We are here to help, we won’t leave anyone hanging on their own.
Regards
Hayden
Lagom P64 update - parts enroute to our workshop
Hi all,
Just another quick one (really close now). We had hoped to get the CNC-machined parts shipped and received in our workshop last week. Alas we only got the shipping confirmation the past Friday. ;( We should be on track to to get them this week. Once the parts are in and verified, we can then initiate the grinder building process officially. We will get in touch with you soon per the sequence of the pre-order.
Can’t wait to share some great news soon!

Ticking along - Lagom P64 for June delivery
Hello all!
We hope everyone is staying well and safe in this time.
We just want to provide a quick update to everyone that things are ticking along well. There has been some minor delays as the CNC factory is now working at a reduced capacity. However, that did not impact our overall delivery schedule too much.
We have the SSP burrs in our workshop and are anticipating for other parts to come in next week. Once they are in we’ll be able to start building the grinders.
We will keep everyone updated and we can’t wait to deliver more Lagoms out in the wild!
Regards

Last call for June/July Lagom P64 pre-order!
Hello all,
We’ll be finalising our order soon to our supplier and anodisation factory. So if you want to secure a Lagom P64 for yourself with your preferred configuration, there’s still some time left. :D The pre-orders for this run will officially end tomorrow (20th April) 9:00am AEDT.
In July, we will have a limited amount of leftover Lagom P64 ready-stock from this round up for sales on our website - configuration available will be on first come first serve basis. So if somehow you have missed the pre-order, there is still a chance to get one later on.
We also want to thank our pre-order customers for the support, as we’ve sold out most of our allocation from this run despite being in this difficult crazy time with an uncertain outlook. Our hearts go to all who were affected whether directly or indirectly by Covid-19. We hope and pray that everyone will stay safe and stay strong to get through this challenging period.
Best regards

Good news: The wait is almost over (Lagom P64 - late Jan/mid February batch)
Hello all,
We have just received an update from the courier - we should be able to start sending parcels starting next week. We were told to expect the service will be slightly delayed and slower than normal due to the previously piled-up demand. However, we can now at least get things going again.
So if you’re on late Jan/Feb batch, do expect to receive an email from us soon!
Best regards

Early March update (Lagom P64 February batch)
Hello all,
An interim update : In short, we can’t ship yet, but things are looking better and it could be any day soon.
As mentioned previously, we haven’t been able to ship the Lagom, or in fact courier anything, due to the coronavirus outbreak. As of now, we still have not been given the green light to ship, but there are signs things are slowly relaxing and are resuming. We have also heard that the EMS can take some shipments now but those are strictly limited to under 3kg. So we believe it could be any day now and we will get in touch soon hopefully with good news.
Best regards
