At OPTION-O, our main guiding pillar is to guarantee a satisfactory experience for you as our customers. Each of the components on our grinders have been carefully selected and manufactured to meet our expectation and mission – to create beautiful grinders that last. So we fully expect the grinders to last for many years to come. Should you have any issue or concern with your grinder, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help you get back up and running.

Our goal is to ensure each and every one of our grinders provides years of reliable service and makes delicious coffee. We much prefer seeing our grinders in use, making delicious coffee, rather than ending up in a landfill.

We expect our grinders to work hassle-free for years, if not decades, with minimal maintenance. They should be essentially maintenance-free, other than routine cleaning once or twice a year to keep the grinder in optimal condition.

Our grinders have also been designed to be easily repairable. In the unlikely event that repairs are needed, most repairs (part swaps) will be fairly straightforward and can be completed with provided instructions. However, we believe this will be very unlikely, and for most of our customers, it will be just a plug-and-play experience.
