Each REMI is carefully carved out of a single block of metal. The surfaces are finished to a luscious anodised finish that also provides an inert and maintenance-free external layer.
The main body structure is based on our signature single-piece (unibody) design, thereby providing permanent precise alignment and eliminating accumulated tolerance errors necessitated by multiple-part designs.

Magnetically-attached ground cup that is precisely calibrated with 18 neodymium magnets for improved workflow - providing a strong secure attachment when in use, preventing accidental detachment, and yet is just easy enough to remove after grinding.

Stepless grind setting adjustment with a fine 0.5 mm thread pitch - allowing you to make small precise adjustment all the way from coarse French press grind to very fine espresso grind.

Two burrs options are available and are easily interchangeable
Conventional TiN-coated burrs
TiN-Coated burrs that work exceptionally well for providing low-fines coarse grinds for coffee brewing such as V60, Aeropress, Kalitta Wave etc. It can work for espresso in a pinch albeit with a longer grinding time. We recommend the conventional burrs for filter-coffee brewing.
Contemporary TiN-coated burrs
Italian-made burrs that are designed specially for finer-grind range including espresso and Turkish grind. The burrs performance is further enhanced by our titanium nitride (TiN)-coating process – by extending the burrs lifespan up to 5 times and providing a smoother grinding action with its lower surface friction.
